Managed Services

Starfish works with clients to understand and anticipate their work force requirements, and agree with them the best resource engagement structure.  Where it is appropriate to utilise a Managed Service, Starfish will provide this based on best-fit qualified resources within specified service levels.

The Managed Service offering is designed to provide clients with an “internal team” working within a Service Level Agreement, which delivers the best-fit, qualified resources, engaged within defined service levels, HR management and built-in quality assurance processes.  These factors, when combined, spare clients hiring fees, overheads and liabilities, and provide clients with assured high performance and quality, predictable financial benefit and alignment to their standards.  An additional benefit is that day to day internal (client) management effort is removed across the Managed Service team, allowing these managers additional focus on other critical aspects of their roles.
