About Starfish

New Zealand owned and operated, Starfish was launched as a Management Consulting company in July 2003.  Since then, we have successfully been providing a full range of business consulting services to organisations both large and small. 

Our Organisational Improvement approach is based on consultancy frameworks that are designed for the New Zealand environment.  We utilise the capabilities of Project Management, Business Analysis, and Risk Management, employing consultants with a wealth of relative experience.

Starfish has delivered over 1200 high quality consultancy assignments to New Zealand organisations, over 500 of those being to Government organisations.  We specifically focus on an organisation’s unique and individual needs.  We are committed to best practice as the only way to deliver true value to our clients.
